Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Polished Ponies. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thepolishedponies.com. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

For privacy and security reasons, our return mailing address is not listed publicly. The return address will be provided with your approved return instructions.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@thepolishedponies.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, special orders, gift cards, final sale items, and any items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or are missing tags or original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, some care products, grooming products, supplements, treats, or personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
