Thank you for shopping with The Polished Ponies. We are proud to offer a variety of equestrian products for both horse and rider.
Please note that some of our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in separate packages.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the item, supplier availability, holidays, weather delays, or high-volume ordering periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery location. Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after processing.
Please understand that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with different suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping options.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Polished Ponies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thepolishedponies.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. The Polished Ponies is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier.
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at info@thepolishedponies.com so we can help guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@thepolishedponies.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Backorders or Out-of-Stock Items
Because some items are shipped directly from suppliers, inventory may change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible with available options, which may include waiting for restock, selecting a replacement item, or receiving a refund.
